"We met in 6th grade, and we became really good friends. He always had a crush on me and everyone knew it but I never really saw him as more than a friend. In 8th grade we “kissed” one night and I didn’t notice it at the time but I started getting feelings for him. Obviously though right when I started getting feelings for him he had a thing with another girl. At first I didnt mind but then we went on a school trip and he was with the girl the whole time and I got extremely jealous and that’s when I realized I really did like him a lot. At first I didn’t tell him because I didn’t want to ruin what him and the girl had but then on the way back from the trip we got into this huge fight and he told me he didn’t want to have anything to do with me. In order for me not to lose him I told him how I felt about him. He ended things with the girl for me. About a week later there was an end of the year party and I wanted to get with this other kid to make my ex jealous so I ended things with Jared. He went back to the irst girl and they were together at the party and I got with the kid. Of course after the party I started liking him again but by then him and the girl were going out. I didn’t say anything to him because I thought he knew how I felt and plus he reallly liked the other girl. One day we were talking and we just got into a really deep conversation and i told him exactly how I felt. He broke up with the girl that day for me… It’s not the best way to start a relationship and I know that in many ways what I did was wrong but I think that everything happens for a reason and that me and Jared are meant to be together. We started going out the day after and we’ve been together since."
